Good evening sir/madam, Is there any problem in this tiffa scan plz tell me... my doctor said there is swelling in baby kidney...is there any serious issue plz let me know.

Yes ur dr has appropriately advised you If the double marker test was screen negative Nothing much to worry U can repeat ultrasound after 3 weeks to see further increase in measurements

The dilatation of fetal renal pelvis (explained as swelling of kidney) is usually seen in around 50 to 60% of the cases . Usually 90% of them disappear in later scans, need a follow-up scan after around 2 months and proceed accordingly.
