Thyroid TSH level

I got my thyroid tested for the first time. T3 and T4 are in normal range but my TSH is slightly high i.e 5.27. What does this mean and what should i do about it? Should i start any medication or not?

It is in normal range though it depends on laboratory reference value. As u dont have any complains. Can wait.
