My mother is on dialysis from past 6 years these are her latest thyroid report . We need further guidance . Her parathyroid is 1201 pg/ml

Please share her Thyroid profile (hormone levels) . We don't treat Thyroid problems based on sonography of the Thyroid gland. Thyroid and Parathyroid hormones are not related as far as the treatment is concerned.

As mentioned in the report get a sestamibi scan to rule out parathyroid adenoma and the thyroid needs to be evaluated with a FNAC . Just be ready for a prolong management.
