You should do test of thyroid profile . It's very simple way of to know the thyroid problem.

There are 2 types of thyroid problems basically. Hyperthyroid increase in thyroid hormones. Hypothyroid decrease in thyroid hormones. Symptoms differ for both. In hyperthyroid there will be loss of weight palpitations increased blood flow during menstruation In hypothyroid there will be gain of weight decreased heart rate and less flow during menstruation.
