I had thyroid problem for past 1 month..my TSH level is 11.3 and t3 level is 0.8 and t4 level is 7.8..i didn't gain any weight before thyroid test instead i lose weight as for 15 days it may be 300g difference..bt after i diagnose as i have thyroid and started medication I lost upto 1.4 kg in a month..is it normal to loss this much weight in a month..my weight last month 64kg500g now it is 63kg100g..is it normal

Yes it’s normal .. Just continue the treatment and monitor the thyroid function tests every 3 months to make necessary dose changes ..
