  4. Thyroid medication. Change my medicine?

I got my thyroid tested recently. Reports suggest T3 0.83 μIU/ml, T4 10.77 μIU/dl   and TSH is 6.21 μIU/ml. Do I need to change my medicine? I m currently taking Eltroxin 50 mg in empty stomach from past 1.5 years. Kindly advise.
