The thyroid function tests results you have mentioned here are normal.You don't need to repeat the thyroid function tests.As far as the fatigue is concerned,other causes should be looked into.Stress , anxiety , lack of sleep are some of the reasons.Check your vitamin d level. If all the tests are ok ,you can consult with a doctor in your area.
