You have provided reports of jan 2026. I assume your symptoms are since then. Get a chikungunya IgG/M test done to rule out diagnosis. Secondly post viral arthritis may last for 1 to 6 months after infection. Needs to rule out other causes of small joint arthritis. Your vitamin D is so low that it can cause bone pain and bone degeneration. You need a holistic approach .

Vit d is low, liver enzymes are high.  Muscular pains can occur during and after typhoid. Take fat free diet, tab zerodol sp one every 8hours for 4 to 5 days, Tab calcimax p one morning and one evening for 4 to 6 weeks. Drink more water. You can get chickenguniya test done to clear your doubt, but treatment remains as I have advised.

Typhoid positive  vit d3  low. Go for cikengunia antibody test. Till than Ultracet p three times after food for 5 days.

as per your reports you have typhoid infection at around 20 days back and you have small joint pain till now . it is bcoz of post infectious arthralgia . you can rule out chicken gunia infection by doing chickengunia igm antibody blood test
