You can use both of them. Refrain from self medications especially antibiotics. Most of the upper respiratory tract infections are due to viruses which really don't need any antibiotics.It takes few days to recover from viral infection.Use dolo 650 6-8 hrs ,use warm water gargling with salt, vitamin c 1 gm daily
