Need to get my third molar extracted (both upper n lower), but both are in paining position. Is it advisable to extract them in this position or firstly some antibiotics are advised before extraction

Hi.. yes if it is paining then you may have infection in wisdom teeth, you must complete the antibiotic course if suggested by your Dentist.

Hi Wisdom teeth is one that fails to  erupt in its position in the given period of time.... It is not advicible to do extraction with pain Kindly take analgesics and antibiotics for 3_5 days depends on infection before going for extraction so that the extraction will be comfortable

If mouth opening is normal then go for extraction immediately. Or you have to take a course of antibiotics to reduce the infection and then proceed for extraction.
Next Steps
consult an oral surgeon
