Thigh fat...

Hello ! I've got excessive fat in my thigh. Which could be the reason of my excessive weight too. Pls suggest me type of leg workout so dat I can reduce it.

Hi, normal squats with out weights, 10 squats 3sets is beneficial to you, but it requires per and post work out worm up
