Ma'am you need proper assessment which can done by physical consultation.
As you mentiined symptoms and pain it is due to weakness and improper posture, deficiency of
b12 and d3, improper posture while working in kitchen and sitting, mattress may also be a cause of pains but if the mattress is up and down its is clearly due to it, and if the mattress is flat then no issues with it. If feeling more pain in the mornjng after waking from bed then try change the place of sleeping to check for the mattress.
