There is a ulcer on down Tooth

From 3 or 4 days there is a ulcer type thing on my lower teeth. Which is paining a lot. While eating or brushing. Note: I was addicted to smokeless tobacco from last 20yrs. Which I stopped 6months back. I checked done scanned also. Dentist told all fine. I am using Nicotex only. I am lil scared about this ulcer. Pls advice.

Consult Now
An ulcer and tooth pain is indicative of an infection in the tooth. The ulcer may be an abscess related to the tooth. It may require a root canal treatment. X-ray required for diagnosis.
Health Tips
Do not worry, once infection is treated you should be fine. Hot water gargles with salt will help
