Hello, visit a dentist and get it checked. if there is any infection left get it treated again.get a crown placed over it. it is better to see the case clinically for proper treatment and prognosis.

Hello, you need to consult an Endodontist and get an x-ray done to check if it is Re-infected. Regards Dr Sumanmakam

Meet an Endodontist and get an x-ray done only then you will know whether the tooth requires a re-rct. If you hadn't gotten a cap done for the first time make sure you get one done this time since rc treated tooth is weak and chewing hard food from tnat side can lead to fracture of the tooth.
Next Steps
avoid chewing on that side in the meantime.

Hi, Meet a endodontist (root canal specialist), let him/her examine, take an xray and advice a treatment plan for you.

In my opinion you should visit the same dentist from whom you got the root canal done since he knows your dental history and can advice accordingly
Next Steps
The root cause of the pain on same tooth could be diagnosed with an xray and sometimes the dentist might have to repeat the rootcanal treatment again to eliminate further infection, if any.
Health Tips
Avoid chewing heavily on that tooth until pain subsides or your dentist has treated the tooth again
