Difficulty in concentration, problem in organisation of tasks and decision making, anxiety are symptoms that need to be evaluated further to make a proper diagnosis, if needed. These symptoms can somewhat be handled through cognitive behavioural therapy, relaxation exercises and activity scheduling. You can follow few steps at your level to help cope with this situation:
1. Try meditation/relaxation exercises/deep breathing exercises in the morning before you start the day
2. Make a daily timetable with set goals for studying
3. Make sure you keep realistic goals and complete one goal at hand before moving on to another
4. In case you get anxious during the day, try deep breathing exercises at that point to help control it
