Tendonitis & c5,6,7 disk bulge

No consultation advice I am adviced for 3 months physiotherapy for tendonitis and disk fixing I am on tryptomer 10 and xukka 650 . Problem is experiencing constipation with Xykaa and catching severe pain while I sleep upward or to my left . Can I replace xukka 650 with Naprosyn 250+

Yes. but Xykaa doesn't cause constipation. Drink plenty of fluids.

Sir you haven't mentioned to which part tendonitis is causing pain. I would strongly recommend against Naprosyn 250 as it is a pain killer and on long term use can affect your kidneys. In your condition nerve medications are very helpful and safe and should be taken on advice of a qualified pain specialist.
