No consultation advice I am adviced for 3 months physiotherapy for tendonitis and disk fixing I am on tryptomer 10 and xukka 650 . Problem is experiencing constipation with Xykaa and catching severe pain while I sleep upward or to my left . Can I replace xukka 650 with Naprosyn 250+
