Dear Practo user, Don't worry, you can use an anti sensitivity toothpaste which should improve your condition. If the problem still persists, please visit your dentist and get a check up done. The dentist will be able to  help you with application of desensitizing varnishes on the sensitive tooth/teeth.

Hi sir       Based on your symptoms ..looks like you might have developed a tooth decay .When  a decay happens ,symptoms like these commonly occur.Visit a nearby dentist and get your teeth examined .If needed the dentist might take an xray to confirm the extent of decay .All the best.
