Treatment decision can be made on observing clinical, But generally as a dentist we call it as spacing - orthodontics Treatment As you said front two teeth are Artificial ( Dublicate),  for such situations an complete front tooth ( smiling zone ) 6 tooth can be done root canal Treatment and crown
