She is having infection in her all teeth. And she is not able to eat any food properly. So what should I do

She would require cleaning and fillings. Some teeth might require crowns too. Not advisable to delay treatment. Do visit a dentist or pedodontist

Plz visit ur pedodontist first so that he/she would evaluate the exact clinical scenario and do the treatment accordingly,mostly if the infection has gone beyond the living part of the tooth called pulp then ur dentist(pedodontist) will suggest you to get it done by RCT
