Hi, For pain you can take Tab ketorol dt twice a day for 3 days, if you are not allergic to ketorolac. Its difficult to help you more with little information you have provided.

Can be due to following on affected side :-
Tooth infection
TMJ joint problem
Ear infection
Temporal arteritis.
Xray opg will help in diagnosis which can be only after Covid.
Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Warm saline rinses between meals

If patient is alcoholic instead of O2 take Augmentin 625mg as former has life threatening reaction

You need first rule out whether the pain on your right side is only restricted to your head or ear . But if pain is in any of your tooth on right side then it could be referred to ear and head.
I recommend you to consume a painkiller for interim relief.
