hello, from the above description, your cavity seems to be deep. you need to visit a dentist and get an x-ray for that tooth. get a filling done for that tooth. if there any infection to the roots get treatment done for that.

I would advice to visit a nearby dentist and get an Xray made to help the dentist reach a diagnosis and make a treatment plan. Hi, The cavity in molar teeth might be deep & hence sudden pain in gums or because of food lodgement.A xray has to be taken to rule out the possibility of root canal. Right now you can take some painkiller for pain relief.
