Except for a wisdom tooth all other teeth need replacement. Missing teeth can lead to jaw bone loss in that area also can disturb harmony of the whole tooth arrangement. Secondly, loose teeth can be fixed with gum surgeries. Every tooth is important. Take care of them

1. Yes replacing missing teeth is important to prevent any further adjacent tooth movements like tipping /tilting in the gaps. Teeth support cheeks and lips too. They are very important. 2. Loose teeth need to be pulled out in most of the cases

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Your question has 3 parts. For 1st part- yes teeth has to be replaced if you want. 2nd part- its more of a statement rather than question. If you are asking if you are comfortable, then how would i know? 3rd - yes. Loose tooth has to be fixed. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
