Hello. The eruption of permanent teeth are not aligned as the milk teeth are retained and not allowing/ not giving space to the permanent teeth to erupt. Also, the milk teeth are carious Extraction of milk teeth is recommended. Kindly visit a dentist for extraction of the retained milk teeth and treatment of carious teeth
Next Steps
Please visit a dentist for definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Their are retained milk tooth, firstly you need to get them treated. Go for extraction and some need restoration. It's a mixed dentition period. But you need to take extra care of hygiene. Motivate your kid to brush twice a day. Consult doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

See your child is of 8yr. In this age it is normal for the children to go for malaligment of tooth specially incisor and canine. In bookish language it is ugly duckling phase of your child.   So don't worry about alignment it will most probably be ok after some time.  But the child milk tooth need to be extracted because it may cause problem for upcoming permanent tooth as well as may cause problem in alignment.
Next Steps
Go for 1-OPG              2nd - extraction of milk tooth .               3rd- wait and watch for 1-2 yrs.
Health Tips

Hi... The permanent teeth which still have milk teeth around them might need to be extracted if they are not falling off themselves you can consult a dentist and sometimes what you can see is the only part left , from inside it is all resorbed so it is just stuck in the soft tissue which can be easily taken out. About the alignment don’t worry right now she is just 8 give it time they might gradually come to their place and if not later you can explore other options but most of the times they get aligned themselves when all the permanent teeth are erupted.

Consult a dentist online/offline for more information
