Teeth got itch over

Hello Doctor. I have attached a photo of my child's teeth. What is the reason for that and what is the solution? My pediatrist told me that it will become alright once his teeth have fallen and grown to a new one. Please advice.

The reason for the decay is feeding the child with milk or any sweet sticky foods and making him sleep without cleaning or brushing the teeth, especially at night . Please brush the child's teeth before he goes to bed every night , so that further damage of the teeth can be avoided.   Consult a dentist at the earliest, so that the existing decay of the teeth can be rectified. The child's teeth starts to fall only from the age of 6 yrs ,so he needs healthy teeth until then,so try to maintain the teeth .There may be further decay and associated pain if no care has been taken.
