If you have brown spots on your front teeth and are looking to whiten them, the first step is to visit a dentist for an evaluation. The brown spots may be caused by a variety of factors, such as decay, stains, or trauma, and the appropriate treatment will depend on the cause. In some cases, the dentist may recommend professional teeth cleaning to remove any surface stains and buildup that may be causing the discoloration. If the brown spots are caused by decay, the dentist may need to remove the decayed areas and fill them with a tooth-colored material. If the discoloration is stubborn and cannot be removed with cleaning or fillings, the dentist may suggest teeth whitening treatments. These can include in-office treatments using light-activated bleaching agents, or take-home whitening kits that use custom-made trays and a bleaching gel. It's important to note that teeth whitening may not be suitable for everyone, and it's always best to consult with a dentist to determine the most appropriate treatment for your specific needs.

Hi please elaborate what you mean by brown spot. It can be staining or tooth decay or an enamel defect. Kindly share pictures for better understanding. Get a consult done followed by oral prophylaxis also known as scaling and polishing which is nothing but teeth cleaning. Even after this if the discoloration doesn't go then bleaching can be done. If the brown spots are tooth decay then fillings need to be done for the same.
Next Steps
Please get a consult. Attach photographs if possible.
