Get an X-ray done and your dentist will check the vitality of the tooth. Depending on the diagnosis treatment can be an aesthetic filling or RCT and crowning

Hi...... The treatment would depend upon the extent and condition of the fractured tooth. I guess it’s your front tooth and got fractured after a fall or so. If the tooth is slightly broken with no pain then it can be built easily with a tooth coloured material / cement called Composite. But if a considerable amount of tooth is broken with pain in the broken tooth then you should get an X-ray done. Pain indicates that the trauma is involving the pulp( nerve layer) and the tooth has to go for RCT ( Root Canal Treatment). X-ray will also show the condition of the roots and any fractures involved with them and thus help in the course of treatment.
