I'm in age 23. I have much unaligned teeth and somewhere yellow present on inner teeth.is it possible to align my more complex unaligned teeth in this age?

There is no age barrier for braces treatment.You can easily get it done..But make sure you visit a clinic of an orthodontist..Don't visit general dentist for the same..Visit an orthodontist directly.
Next Steps
Get an 1) OPG 2) Lateral cephalogram X-rays done from a nearest imaging centre as the orthodontist will also advice you to get it done..Better you take it with you.It will save your time.
