The ideal & the best option is to wear braces as it will realign your own teeth without having any foreign body in your mouth for lifetime.  We also have options of doing braces treatment from the inner side of the mouth so that your braces are not visible to others &  socially it will not be bothering you. other options include veneers on the front teeth but for that we need to see your pictures, take your measurements & evaluate your alignment. There are many options for correcting the space between your front teeth. The best option would be braces.. and don't be worried about your age.. there are plenty of options for adult braces including lingual braces and clear aligners.
