TB in ankle

TB has been confirmed through mantoux test. Ankle Aspiration has been done for PCR/ CBNAAT. not able to sleep in the night. have been on bed rest for a long time now. Problem has been existing since Jan. Jan. (little Pain) 2018 April (twisted my ankle, have not been able to walk since then) 2018 I get sudden painful jerks in my ankle while sleeping. what to do to avoid these jerks. why do i get these jerks

Mantoux tear doesn’t confirm TB, it’s only an indicative test. Share the PCR reports and also get an MRI of the ankle
