Taken Mpt kit but bleeding does not stop

Hello I have taken mpt kit on 18th. But still bleeding Today i had done ultra sound. Some part is still in uterus. She told that it will clear with medicines. She prescribed me Tab pantop Tab methergin Tab misoprostol 200mg Tab zincovit Tab trenexa 500 Tab stafcure 500 Is it ok to take this and is this will be clear after taking this tablets ?

Take the above tablets . It would be better to see your scan report . Attach the report .
