Strictly do not sit over hard surfaces , avoid bikes and scooters , a pillow with a hole in center must be used all the times when sitting (in market comes with the name of air ring/coccycodynia pillow )
Next Steps
Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub with warm water will help )
Health Tips
Be patient , it takes some time to heal but it heals eventually

Need more details about your problem. Can use a Ring pillow while sitting on hard surfaces. Sitz bath helps you. Needs further testing to know the cause of pain.
