I have ankle pain and swelling from a week. I have been prescribed tofe 5mg and hcqs tablets for 2 weeks along with pain killers. Will they help reducing swelling and pain? I do not have arthritis but have uric acid

How much is the esr and how much is the uric acid raised that is needed to be accessed , weathere the swelling is in one or both the legs , the drugs given are right for it
