Swollen right armpit

A week before period my right armpit is swollen lower part. If i press it little pain is there and after periods it goes away on its on. Every month it is the same issue and it has been around 2yrs. Is it a sign to worry about.

Don’t worry . This may be the axillary breast that gets swollen during periods and subsides after the periods .
