Swollen on both ankles and feet .

Respected Mam / Sir, From yesterday evening I saw my both ankles and feet swollen. I used to travel for 52kms ( one side ) by bus . Unable to understand the reason behind it because last whole month I was traveling by my car, it doesn't happened but from yesterday it started . Kindly help. Thank you Regards
