There are some swollen lymph node in my neck from more than 5 months. Larger is of 16mm. I also had- bronchitis, mildly prominent right hilum and esr 24. Doctor said this is normal.

Cause of neck nodes can be infectious or inflamatory or can be simply due to dandruff. I need to ask u some relevant questions so that i can get an idea about the cause. Consult in pvt chat so that i can give u better advices.

Warrants a FNA if it doesn't settle on empirical antibiotics. FNA to rule out the cause. Treatment will be based on FNA reports.

Swollen lymph nodes bronchitis and enlarged hilar nodes need further evaluation Get FNAC of cervical lymph node done and if possible excision biopsy would be idol and 100% concluding of the diagnosis And For enlarged hilar node and bronchitis get CECT chest done to rule out sarcoidosis or lymphoma in this case
Next Steps
Excision biopsy of node and histopatholgy of tissue, CECT chest , Serum ACE LEVELS blood tests
