Recently in last 4 days I noticed Gum is swollen near extraction side of lower wisdom tooth.1 month ago i extracted my wisdom tooth....no pain..only swollen gum..doing warm salt water rinses 5-7 times a day but not getting any results how to reduce the swelling...and why this swelling happend please explain me and help me to cure it..

It is not related to the extraction. It seems to be due to cheek bite. Your oral hygiene status is poor. You need ultrasonic scaling. Good oral hygiene helps in proper healing of any wounds .

As I told you yesterday, its due sharp edge of some tooth. Also there is ulcer adjacent to lower 2nd molar. You also need ultrasonic scaling.

Firstly swelling is not due to extraction. Keep gargling with warm salt water nd keep area clean .

Hi! Did you bite on the cheeks? It is not related to the extracted tooth. The upper tooth seems to be facing the cheek side so it might be due to cheek biting.
