I just got scaling done and doctor adviced me to apply tanx lotion on my gums whenver i apply something white comes out. What is it.

While applying medicine on your gums you give some amount of pressure so pus collection inside your gums will come out. If it didn't reduce or subside by time then visit your dentist once again.

the case may be different , you may be having abcess or pus with some of your toothor gums . you can visit a periodontist for the same problem bridgewaydental.com
