Swelling in the gums at the back side below the tongue. It's not wisdom tooth. A small ball like formation which is growing. Having problem while eating & talking. Problem since yesterday.
Swelling as per picture seems some thing pathological on tongue with a demarcated ulceration, might be a obstruction in salivary gland or a ulceration due bowel disorder, please visit to near by dentist and do a proper check up and take necessary medication. Dont go hot spice and any oral habits .......................it need proper attention.

Hi..it is a swelling caused due to obstruction in salivary gland duct. Its called ranula. It doesn't go with medicines. It has to be surgically removed under local anesthesia.

You need to see an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon ASAP. A biopsy of this swelling is needed to establish diagnosis. Treatment depends upon nature of swelling. Please visit an oral surgeon ASAP.
