Swelling in Parotid gland
There is on and off swelling in parotid gland below ear on left side in front side of ear especially during winters. What is the solution and effect of the issue ?

Have you been told it's a parotid swelling? Was an ultrasound done? Also, is there any pain?
There could be many causes, it could be intraparotid lymph nodes infection, or parotid gland inflammation, or parotid gland tumor (but it doesn't usually disappear like that)
