It's an infection with periapical involvement.. antibiotics gonna subside it but can't completely cure it ...so immediately visit a doctor he will evaluate and mostly suggest a root canal treatment.
Next Steps
immediately visit a doc
Health Tips
do not keep waiting and let the infection blow out

Hii, I would recommend you to take an urgent action on this as it seems your mother has a badly infected tooth which has travelled periapically ( towards the gums) An X-ray would suggest if the tooth is restorable, pls visit a nearby dentist to get the exact diagnosis.
Health Tips
Do not apply balm or any hot fermentation for the tooth ache it will just worsen the case.

Hi, Please visit a dentist immediately and get a clinical examination. She could be having a tooth decay with infection. Get an X-ray taken for the tooth.
