Check your blood sugar levels - Random and Post prandial including HbA1c. Also get your TFT done. If you are already hypertensive and having anti-hypertensive drugs, the swelling could be because of those medicines. This could also be due to some allergic reaction, which will subside within couple of days. Due to lack of information, it is unable to state the exact cause of the facial edema.
