Swelling in back head right side with tenderness and bumps. Some pimples. No redness. No itchiness. Swelling reason unknown. No injury or impact on head. Can't sleep on right side.

Must know duration, size etc before meaningful opinion. Could be a lymph gland swollen and tender. There must be a cause in its catchment area like some slow infection. Could be the start of a neoplastic occurrence although benign. Get yourself physically examined and act as per advised preferably by a surgeon.
