Hello,First thing check if you are having OBESITY & Flat foot. Second,If yes then go for corrective measures for the same under supervision of Physiotherapist. Use sports shoes to relieved body stress on ankles either having flat foot or not. Use two pillows longitudinally & do ankle pumps,clockwise & anticlockwise movenents at least 30 repeatitions. Apply ice pack over swelling.
Do stretchings of calf & outer muscles of leg & foot. Avoid long time standing & hanging of legs.
Take T.Etoshine 90 once in a day for 3 days only.
Better start with proper physiotherapy for muscles & joint strength & flexibility also propriception as well. Yours condition will be 100% correct if u go protocol wise.
Stil problem persist then go for blood tests
Thyroid,
uric acid,
LFT & KFT... No requirement of ESR coz it will automatically go high as dats the only marker of inflammation. TAKE CARE
