My son is 17days old his eyes are swelling and redish for 2 days I am using moxicip eye drop for him but may be it is not working properly please help me

I would suggest Tobramycin eye drops 1 drop thrice a day for 5 days. But if swelling and redness persists pls consult your Pediatrician nearby.
