Swelling and pain in left knee Swelling is not constant . sometimes it's there sometime it's gone Swelling is observed sometimes in back of the knee Pain in left leg and neck also

There is obvious swelling in the knee. If there is no history of trauma or fever, at this age, it is most probably due to inflammatory arthritis- needs to be confirmed with typical history and examination.
