In both the teeth u have infection better u take medication (antibiotics)first even after that if u still have pain and any pus discharge then go for extraction followed by implant . For the medication and treatment u can consult us.

As i can see from the X-Ray both lower side of your first molar are RCT treated and the right side rct treated tooth showing infection more than the left side… Firstly as you said you don’t have constant pain just tenderness while touching so start with a antibiotic course for 5 days and observe after 5 days if tenderness on pressure has gone ,if it still persist go for a Re-RCT treatment of the affected tooth. See as for future if this root canal treatment failure happens the best option for your tooth left is to get it removed and put an implant on its place. But i think a re-RCT will do the work if antibiotics course will not subscide the infection and tenderness on pressure .

There is an infection on both sides below the 1st lower molars.. Extraction followed by implant would be a better option(for left side) considering your young age and RCT already done twice...

As per xray and clinical picture,tooth can be re-rctreated.Take antibiotics and analgesics has to be taken.

This is Digital OPG. Do visit a local Endodontist and get an IOPA x ray done. If there is internal/external resorption, then better to go for extraction.
