Hello,
I would like to educate you and advice you regarding the harmful effects of chewing tobacco.Tobacco chewing is the leading cause of oral submucous fibrosis, leukoplakia and oral cancer. So I advice you to quit the habit.
The stains could be due to the habit.
In addition to stains you have deposits ( calculus) around your teeth which is the reason for bleeding from your gums ,spacing between the teeth and loosening of the teeth. Visit a dentist and get your teeth cleaned ( scaling). After scaling ( cleaning)of the teeth ,the teeth which are very mobile has to be removed(extracted) and replaced with a partial denture either removable or fixed depending on the periodontal condition(bone support ) of the remaining teeth .
Next Steps
consult a nearby dentist for further management.
