Supplements for dry eyes
I am having severe dry Eyes, our climate is having dry heat so if i go out then also my eyes become dry, if I seat in front of computer then also my eyes become dry and if i seat in ac then also my eyes become dry don't what to do.
Using systane ultra from last one year.
Any supplements or food which can cure dry Eyes or generate quality tears???

A. Cold compresses
B. Restrict use of mobile and laptop
C. Use antiglare glasses
D. Use lubricating eyedrop like systane ultra frequently
E. Omega 3 fatty acids are recommended for dry eyes...these improve quality of tears
You may consume walnut or take them in form of tablets
There is no cure for dry eyes

It seems that you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome. Use some lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop or may also use systane. And ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20 minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. don't sit facing towards ac or blowers. do cold compresses with ice. consume lot of fresh fruit and vegetables.

If you have to work for long hours in front of computer.. Take breaks in between and keep your eyes closed for a minute or you can focus on something at a distance for sometime...
You can continue the eye drop you are using
Avoid dust and bright sun.
There's nothing to eat which can improve the dry eyes
