I have pain in lower back (right side) and some cracking sound also came on moving hips and also pain in right leg groin in particular positions. Pain is from 7-8 month Investigations done 1 x-ray - S.I. joint oblique both- normal 2 ESR - normal 3 hla b-27 pcr qualitative- negative 4 x-ray - lumbosacral spine- normal 5 MRI - both hip joint-normal 6 MR screening of bilateral SI joints - normal What is the significance of sound ? Have to go for physiotherapy and if yes what type of physiotherapy? Have to do any other test like bone density? Note :- Have pain in scrotum also. Usg of scrotum is normal
