Your blood beta-hCG of less than 0.1 taken on 10 October, together with three negative urine tests, rules out pregnancy at this point. Periods often get delayed by one to several weeks after an emergency contraceptive pill like the one you took, especially when it's taken early in your cycle.
Next Steps
You don't need to repeat a pregnancy test right now. Deviry is a medicine gynaecologists commonly use to bring on a withdrawal bleed once pregnancy is ruled out, but please confirm the course with a gynaecologist in person rather than starting it on an online doctor's advice alone.
Health Tips
See a gynaecologist soon if your period doesn't return in another two weeks, or if you notice pelvic pain or unusual bleeding.
